DS260 incorrect
I already completed and submitted my DS260 forms including my dependents I do worry about a few things on my DS260
Kindly advise if this will be an issue or if there are any steps I need to take.
1. On the Preparer's info I answered YES butI typed the lawyer's zip code incorrectly instead of 45202 I had the 4 and 5 interchanged became 54202 , Will this be an issue? (this is only with my DS260, on my dependents they are all good).
2. On the Green Card Address instead of contact person agency name Partners I just encoded Partner (without s) for the three of us.
Additional:
I noticed that at the completed DS260 form that I saved for printing the Petitioner's part the Petitioner's Organization does not appear, but on the system or per Review Part the Petitioner's info I saved the pdf copy Petitioner's name is there exactly how I encoded. (this happened to the three of us).
Kindly advise if this needs to be corrected and how to. I am really about those two mistakes I made and also with the pdf not showing Petitioner's name while it is there on the system.
Someone told me Preparer's zip wont matter since it is just optional or case to case basis not all have preparer's. With the delivery of greencard I was told it can be change at the embassy or at the US airport upon arrival. Are these true? but I worry much about the discrepancy of petitioner's info between the system and print out copy.
Please help
Expedite Request #130
My lawyer said he sent a paperwork for Uscis to see if we can expedite my case. This paperwork was sent on August 23 I still have not received any updates. I think he is lying to me as I think the only option to ask for expedite is by calling them. My lawyer said that since they are attorneys they are able to request expedite by submitting paper work is that correct? #130
Is there someone share the same EAD time line?
I submitted family-based immigration on 04/28(pd) and submitted an expedite request on June. biometrics was taken on 05/31. No updates from uscis after then, even with my expedite request.
How can I know if my expedite request is denied or not? Will failed expedite request slow my normal processing?
I am in Manhattan and my case was processed at NBC. Any advice or experience is welcome! thank you!#ead #ead expedite

Paroled in the US until Sept. 2023
So CBP at secondary inspection stamped my passport paroled until Sept. 2023. I already have a green card approved just recently. Does this mean I have to get out of the US before September 2023 and come back using my green card?
I really don’t understand because from what I know, as long as you have a pending adjustment of status, you are allowed to stay in the US or so at least until i-485 gets approved or denied.
These immigration matters really concern me. I know I am now a permanent resident but I want to make a good record in case I file for citizenship someday. I cannot seem to find any authentic source or information from the USCIS website with regard to this.
my case was file march 2018 , i130 and i845 married case
I was married before back in my country but I divorced and I got married to us citizens, 2017 and file my case in 2018, I went for my first interview July 2019 and my case under review and I was called for second interview in January 2021 and still my case is under review, I have called immigration customer several times, and done case inquiries several times too and also consult my congressman still , all they say my case is pending and they refused to make decisions on my case, my i130 and i845 no one is approved yet, but they kept on renewing my work permit and travel document, I don’t know what else I can do again, it since like my case is abundant, please any advice on what else I can do
I-140 NIW RFE
I received an RFE a week ago from officer 0207 at NSC. S/he challenged 3 prongs. My attorney told me that for the first prong, the RFE acknowledges the proposed endeavor identified in the initial filing but concludes that fails to show that your endeavor has both substantial merit and national importance without any analysis of the evidence or further explanation of how it arrived at this conclusion. For Prongs 2 and 3, the RFE imposes a heightened standard that is more appropriate for EB-1A's OCMS criterion.

I-485
Hello!
I am looking for some help regarding I-485 form. My husband submitted his I-485 back in June, and we received the NOA 1797-C on June 23rd. Since then, we have not received anything else by mail, and we decided to look up our case status back in August, and it told us that a request for initial evidence has been sent and that if we don't receive anything by mail July 28th, to request an additional copy of the notice. We did that, and then it pushed the date out to Sept 13th, and we have not received anything by mail and the case status tells us the same thing. Any one have this same experience? Any advice? We just requested again for an additional copy of the notice. And of course when we call we deal with the same automated voice which is useless. Any help would be much apprecatited!
n400
i do have a friend who just got rfe on his pending n400 so the issue is on his visa application 6 years ago there was error in his application done by the preparer cus he hired a traveling agent to do it for him but then they have it there that he was married with a female name that doesn’t even exist to him and then he wasn’t even married at all . well he didn’t know that and he signed the application got his visa get here and married and he got his 2 and 10 years visa without no issues but then during when he was filing for his citizenship during the interview they lady brought up the error on the visa application years ago which she told the officer . now they sent him a intent of denial requesting more document and information about the marriage on his visa application . so now he is trying to know that even if worst come to worst and they denied his n400 he is scared maybe they can come after his green card and if he is protected under the 8 U S C section 1256a that says uscis can’t revoke a person green card after 5 years of them being a legal residence . pls drop ur comment
