wondering if they are approving other nationals and not Nigeria?

my fiancé is Dominican and it took 429 days, Approximately 14 months and 2 days to get i129F approved. i realize it's a different country but hopefully that gives you some insite in how long it is taking

my fiancé is in Nigeria and it’s been 262 days since I filed and nothing yet

If you're a case is at the California location then it is taking 13.5 months to process. as I stated previously it took us 14 months. your time is coming. from what I've been reading online everyone's cases has been taking really long. i attached the link so you can see from the USCIS website the processing times. hopefully that helps you https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

my I-129F case is 433days today and yet nothing till now , its exhausting.
