per my lawyer, and if I understood the situation correctly here. you have a conditional green card and for you to apply for citizenship you need to have your green card for at least 3 years. now you have to apply for removal of conditions on your green card 3 months before the conditional green card expires. you ask if you can file directly without filing for the removal of conditions my answer is no you can’t. what you will do is file for the removal of conditions then wait for the 3 years period to laps then you file your N-400, you will get one interview for the citizenship afterwards.

majority qualify the EB, including H1B, route. It’s just that public forums self-select the marriage-based petitioners. Perhaps it’s okay to assume anyone petitioning for 10-year PR on Lawfully is awaiting I-751 adjudications.
