No more EB1, EB2 for this year?
Hi, I heard that USCIS used up all available visas for EB1 and EB2 for this year. I am not sure how correct this is. How do we know if our case is allocated in this number or not if it is already transferred to NBC? Would transferred cases be approved before Sept. 30th?
Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled
Does anybody know how long does it take to schedule the oath ceremony after the interview ? it has been almost a month and a half and still didn’t get the appointment letter . Thanks in advance for your help

hola mi categoría inicial era F21 pero recibí la residencia condicional cuando entre a usa tengo 2 niños el más grande recibió la condicional y el más pequeño la permanente en julio envié la i-90 en línea pero cometí el error de no enviar la tarjeta en físico ya que fue un error de uscis y ya nos tomaron huellas mi caso está en potomac alguien sabe en qué tiempo puedo obtener respuesta
travelling after interview
I have an I-131 card. I did my interview last year October almost a year now and I haven’t heard anything from uscis from then..I went to Jamaica because my grandmother had cancer and was super ill it was a risk because am waiting on a decision on my case and they could make the decision while am out of the country and if was a negative one they could’ve bar me from getting back in the country..my grandmother pass away today and now am feeling like I have to take that risk again..just want to know you’ll thoughts and experience while traveling after interview.
F1 to VaWa
I am currently an F1 student and I have been married for a while now but I am currently experiencing abuse in my marriage and can’t continue school because I was diagnosed of depression and some other health issues, I failed school last semester because this. if I stop school while waiting for my EAD & AP will I have any issues?
