hi everyone, I’m a bit lost right now. NVC sent me a notice regarding my immigrant case becoming documentarily qualified and they will work with my embassy to schedule an interview. in same time I can read on the CEAC website un same time/hour 2 messsges saying all required appli ant have Been received and approved and an another one Casd FE review note saying the minimum income is not meet … whish is not making sense in my case. does it means I’ve to send them more or it is send to the embassy ?thank you for your help

When would I get a response after responding to a NOID.

Hello everyone, We received a NOID on May 9th and we responded to USCIS before the due date on August 9, 2022. It's been almost a month and we want to know what would be next and how long would it take ? We have a pending I 130 and I 485 Marriage based Application for which we received a NOID.

hi all, how long after you submitted your electronic application form I-130 did you get a Receipt letter assigning you to a service enter? secondly, once that letter is received does that mean USCIS approved your case & is now being taken to a NVC? many thanks!
