Question about I-129F Timeline and decision
For those who filed I-129F K-1 in last 7 months, have you received any updates or decisions from USCIS? I filed on February 07 and haven’t received any decisions yet.

I filed Aug 15 K3, haven't got receipt notice yet either. Our I 130 PD is May 18,2022, active review 6 July

my i130 pd is 23 may. actively 6th July. k3 on 28 July. got received notice on 1st August.

At least you got receipt notice for K3. We haven't yet amd now lawfully changed my service center to null, even tho I 130 receipt notice says Potomac, I am thinking they might have transferred our case to somewhere else because of the K3? I'm confused :(

I received the received notice but no actively reviewing or anything. My PD is February 07,2022 and still no updates.

my NOA1 is Nov 15, 2021. I only got that they received it. it will be awhile before the NOA2 come.
