my advice is to wait 90 days after your wedding to start the process of getting a greencard. Everything is on YouTube with all the process from the beginning to the end.... If you follow them properly, you won't have any issues. Not to discredit some attorneys, but they are craps and just want a lot of money to mess up with your case later. If your union is legit, based on true love and your spouse is cooperative, you can follow the step yourself and have your greencard in less than 9 months or a year. My other advice is try to open everything joint with your spouse and enjoy your marriage life first before sending your documents. It's better to wait after a year and a half before starting the process with good and solid proofs than sending quick and expecting RFE or NOID because of insufficient documents. You can have some basics joint stuff without Social Security. But you might want to start collecting as from Day 1. Good luck.

You're right because marriage is sweet for the start and you know your self very better than your wife and if anything get to their hand with mistakes it'll be difficult to come by the grace of God, so get use to each other in the fact of good side and bad side to be sure if you guys are really in together for real and please look for very good lawyer to put it together to avoid long waiting because of mistakes
