Vawa advance parole travel.
hey guys, im travelling in this month. I got my combo card through vawa. and I overstayed my B1/B2 visa before applying for vawa. Anyone who has used their advance parole for travelling. pls share your experience if you have used it. thanks

buy ur ticket and go ve fun. nothing is wrong with u inasmuch u ve a valid AP and ur case is not close to being approved. one advice is don’t stay out for long.

I did travel an they didn’t even ask me not one question when i reenter. just take my pp an AP and process it.

I am in December and February. I ve seen others travel n no problem that’s why I am not worried anymore.

with Adjustment of Status EAD, don't you need any other visa to stay in USA?

@mircale hey bro. I got my ticket changed to January coz I have wedding to attend. but the only issue was overstaying my B1/B2 but my lawyer said you’re good.
