Uscis unable to locate my I-485 case
So I reached out to the lockbox server and after 1 month and some days I got a respond that their unable to locate my I-485. I submitted 1-130, I-765, I-864 all together. received my work permit and Uscis is actively viewing my I-130. I didn’t receive my i485 receipt it’s been over a year hence why I reached out. has anyone ever been through this and what did they do?
RFE 944 for parent doing AOS (no education history & not working now)
I am doing AOS for my parent and they already did biometrics BUT we received an RFE for 944
1. my parent doesn’t have much education history(no high school) will this cause her case to be rejected?
2. she has no health insurance now but was planning to get it after GC, should we apply for health insurance from now so we can include in RFE response?
3. how much assets / cash value is uscis looking for to approve RFE?( my parent isn’t working now because no EAD)

So
I am under 21 and I am filling out the I-944 and where it says if the individual lives me
The person is my Mother and she is currently in New York
But I'm scared if I put no and they ask me for Guardian information
As the school I'm attending said that they should go to court to Appoint my sister, who I'm currently staying with, as my guardian
But we didn't do that
required forms for living abroad
I am a US citizen, my husband is a Canadian. We currently live in Canada. We filed the I-130 in December. Do we have to file more than that? I know from within the US you would ideally file the 485 at the same time. Is there a form like that to file from abroad as well? or is it just bringing your paperwork once it's approved and going through the NVC?
