How long does it take to get update after I485 biometrics appt?

Hello I'm an EB2 (PD 03/27/20) and have the biometrics appt on Monday (2/1/21). How long does it take to hear back after taking the biometrics?

Am I a principal of derivative applicant?

My mother who is a Permanent Resident petitioned an I-130 for me and now I'm filling out the I-485 and I want to know if that makes me an Principal or Derivative Applicant

I want to know if it affects changing companies if I am the one who is going to bring someone?

help uscis request me evidence .i 94 .i am only have arriving alien number .at the port I was inter in us they only give me arriving alien . they not give I 94 what can I do tell me.

required forms for living abroad

I am a US citizen, my husband is a Canadian. We currently live in Canada. We filed the I-130 in December. Do we have to file more than that? I know from within the US you would ideally file the 485 at the same time. Is there a form like that to file from abroad as well? or is it just bringing your paperwork once it's approved and going through the NVC?

Hey everyone. I need to ask does someone ever traveled internationally on I-765 and came back? And how was the experience while coming back? Any problems? I have applied for I-485 marriage based and now waiting for interview. Do you recommend?

hi guys, I just received the notification today that they need the RFE. I applied too for I 130, I 131, I 765. what's the most common documents asked for?. We sent everything (photos, passport pages, birth certificate, marriage certificate)

filling tax together

please can someone with the same experience can help! I got married with my husband in 2018. Because I have asylum pending application so my husband couldn’t not file for an ajustements statut at thus time. he is permanent resident ,so last year he filled for his naturalization on August still not get a biometric appointment ! so we are waiting for him to become a citizen in order for him to file an ajustement statut for me. Do we have to file tax together ? because it seems like if we do as married who filed seperatly we will have more money than file together. we have joint bank account,joint Insurence,lease on our both names and two children together. Do it may cause a problem if we didn’t file tax together ? thank you

pending adjudication

i heard many nigerian cases are pending adjudication for years ,they just keep renewing ead but no decision on i485. this is really sad and discouraging. my friend in atl is on her 3rd ead. cases are not even being updated online.

is there someone who filed I 130 and I 864 together and they got approved or still waiting for approval?

I accidentally filled in the AOS question (which office will I be processing the aos) on form I-130, but my case is through consular processing. I still filled in the consular processing question, but will this delay my case? Should I call USCIS to clarify that I will not be doing the AOS processing? Thanks! #formI130

I-944 and I-765 for 8 year old

submitted an I-485, I-765 and i131 for my 8 year old daughter, which I made an error in the category I selected. They regected her application because it wasn’t filed properly. They ask for the form I-944 while filling out the form just seems to be a bit confusing she has no credit history and doesn’t attend college. my husband information is on it but they need evedience for everything which is going to delay for me to resubmit. I also thought she’s too young for her to have work permit.

why Muslims cases are taking longer then other religious

i heard there's a secret ban to delay muslims cases in 2008 goverment made an secret policy which is CARRP to giving muslim fillers are long processing time is that true? like me and alot of muslims are waiting since more then 1 and half year anyone have has info about this policy?
