filling tax together
please can someone with the same experience can help! I got married with my husband in 2018. Because I have asylum pending application so my husband couldn’t not file for an ajustements statut at thus time. he is permanent resident ,so last year he filled for his naturalization on August still not get a biometric appointment ! so we are waiting for him to become a citizen in order for him to file an ajustement statut for me. Do we have to file tax together ? because it seems like if we do as married who filed seperatly we will have more money than file together. we have joint bank account,joint Insurence,lease on our both names and two children together. Do it may cause a problem if we didn’t file tax together ?

Form I-130
I accidentally filled in the AOS question (which office will I be processing the aos) on form I-130, but my case is through consular processing. I still filled in the consular processing question, but will this delay my case? Should I call USCIS to clarify that I will not be doing the AOS processing?

I-944 and I-765 for 8 year old
submitted an I-485, I-765 and i131 for my 8 year old daughter, which I made an error in the category I selected. They regected her application because it wasn’t filed properly. They ask for the form I-944 while filling out the form just seems to be a bit confusing she has no credit history and doesn’t attend college. my husband information is on it but they need evedience for everything which is going to delay for me to resubmit. I also thought she’s too young for her to have work permit.

hello guys. I have a question. some of you have filed the i-129 f form that is for the spouse living out of the USA when is taking too much time? some one know about? but my question is... there is a part ending the form that say things about criminal past, and if you (I don’t know) have been arrested, has went to the jail, has records, etc... but I am not very sure who they are asking if of the beneficiary of they are asking about the records and criminal past about the petitioner? my pd is June 2019.
Case taking too long!
my PD is June 2017, Local office was Chicago. 1st interview was October 2018 which I believe it’s went well and our lawyer was there and I can said we present enough evidence, went for another interview August 2019 and we were separated my wife US citizen was call in 1st and was inside for an hr, when I was call in I was interview for also an hr, which I believe it’s went fine bcos our lawayer was also there. noting since then until January 2020 when the investigator went to my wife grandma house and she was interrogate and ask a lot of questions about our marriage which she tell them the little she know about us, the officer left his name and phone number for grandma to gave my wife which she sent to my wife immediately and we both call the officer and she was asking a lot of questions on phone again and was on phone with the officer for like hr, she even ask the officer if he wanted to talk to me but the officer said no that is not necessary. since then we haven’t hear nothing till date and I will be renew my 4th EAD next month. have called many time and my wife have also called them many times, we have been making service request since last year noting and noting. our lawyer have also call them but they keep saying same thing that our application is pending reviewed, at this point my wife and our lawyer was thinking we should Sue them so that they can made a decision, ( please my beloved people on here what is your advice/suggestion on our case) thanks in advance
COMBO CARD ABOUT TO EXPIRE
Hey lady’s and gentlemen quick question my EDA card would expire in April of this year do I have to pay that $410 to renew??.......and this app predicted my interview would be between September 24th last year and January 24th this year now I am seeing it change to January 24th and June of this year. is any body else experiencing this issue and what should I do?
