if you did biometrics on Dec 21, 2020, how soon do you expect to receive ead?

I did biometrics on 12/21/2020, no EAD as of today. On 12/29/2020 my I-485 case changed to "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".

Lol that’s crazy! I just got scheduled for biometrics.. I guess I have some months to wait .. I’ll try get a job offer if possible to expedite it

yeah USCIS is very slow right now. 3 years ago I got my receipt number in a week. now? receipt number is 4-6 weeks
