There's a lot of cases, mine specifically was with a B2 visa (I just started my process early Nov) but it needs to be proven that you didnt have plans to immigrate under a tourist visa (even if you are married to a USC) because it will be fraud.

Well if you have a round trip plane ticket, if the beneficiary visited the US previous times or had recently ties to his/her home country like a job etc. Im pretty sure they will ask you at the interview or if you sent enough evidence with your application they wont even mention it.

heard a professional lawyer said if you decided to say after the 91 days it's no longer a fraud , , you just gotta tell the officer you decided to stay couple months as long as it doesn't hit the 91 days bar!

i was okay actually the person who filed my visa put i had no family in the US i was like wtf

she said i should received an email in 3 or 4 weeks

i just find out about the mistake tbh i told the officer i gave him the address to my aunt in Florida

and the form says i have no family in here smh

the interview only lasted 15 mins

she even said my marriage is real

Don’t be worried about that, it’s not a big problem! The person who filled for me made a mistake too in my form but I was approved
