the I-944 ask for beneficiaries tax return. I don’t have a tax return as I have not paid taxes. yes I have ssn but have not used not valid for working. will it be a concern that I have not paid taxes for the I-944

Yes- 944 needs to be filled by beneficiary. Not sure what documents you can file. Since you don’t have a valid working SSN- most likely if you are in student visa, then you submit eveyrhing else except last year W2 and employment related stuffs i guess this is what i submitted fyi: 1. completed and signed form I-944 2. Copy of last year W2 3. Copy of last year 1095-C , health insurance / health coverage related documents 4. Copy of last 3 paychecks 5. copy of Employment offer letter or employment verification letter 6. Copy of your Passport 7. Copy of your SSN if applicable 8. Copy of your current Immigration status/visa/I-797 9. Copy of all your bank statement ( atleast one month) included/used in I-944 10. Copy of your credit report showing your credit score and debts- use credit karma or such 11. copy of all your college degree/ transcripts 12. copy of your spouse’s or your household member similar stuff if their income is used in the form
