Form I-130
I accidentally filled in the AOS question (which office will I be processing the aos) on form I-130, but my case is through consular processing. I still filled in the consular processing question, but will this delay my case? Should I call USCIS to clarify that I will not be doing the AOS processing? Thanks! #formI130

I don’t think it should affect much. but it is conflicting that you filled both places! Is the beneficiary in USA or outside?

@Brady007 the beneficiary is outside of US. I simply misunderstood the question, I thought it meant ‘when the beneficiary gets here in the US, where will they process adjustment of status’. I basically did not understand what AOS really meant.

the process is once the I-130 is approved, it will be sent to NVC, but since you filled field office inside the USA as well it is kind of conflicting- but i guess it won’t be an issue! just wait until you get some notice from USCIS
