after filling the I-130 form my husband did not send it as a priority mail. he just threw it in the mail box. how long do you think uscis will get it. cause there is no way to track the mail. and also he folded the forms and other documents. do you think that’s a problem ?

I have a pending asylum and my husband just file a concurrency adjustment of status for me like I-485 and I-130 so do I have to do anything with my asylum like close my asylum case or put an hold on it?

I raised a service request with USCIS that my case is pending adjudication for more than the normal processing time. I got their letter today stating that I it is taking more time than normal processing hour and that it requires more time to theorough process the case. this is For GC EAD. can I do anything now? basically they agreed that it’s more than the normal processing time
