more than normal processing time
I raised a service request with USCIS that my case is pending adjudication for more than the normal processing time.
I got their letter today stating that I it is taking more time than normal processing hour and that it requires more time to theorough process the case. this is For GC EAD.
can I do anything now? basically they agreed that it’s more than the normal processing time

if it is taking more time, why don’t they update the case processing time accordingly! I raised SR after first SR and to wait for 20 more days.

@sk I sometimes feel that they want to frustrate people so much that they themselves give up and return.

@Aj, I like your thought. Could well be. The way they are dealing with cases (slow, no status update, no defined order of processing), now I tend to thing that way.
