I filled form I-190 I wrote a letter requesting expedited process due to uscis error and I also submitted with my passport, birth certificate and marriage license. I wrote expedited process due to uscis error on top of the form I 90 cause I was told to write that when I contacted uscis

no check since the error is from them.

so you mail all the orginal docs to them? and you fill i90 online or by mail?

just marriage license and birth certificate and it is by mail. I included the greencard

can you tell me how to get the expedited request? i wrote it by myself or call to uscis?

you can call USCIS number, request for infopass appointment and go to the nearest office to get your passport stamped which will act as your GC entry pass at port of entry.

Hi! Wondering if you got your replacement green card by now. If so, would you share how many months it took? I have been waiting for mine since the end of September 2021. It was uscis error, this is so frustrating. Any info in timing these days is greatly appreciated!
