my work permit expires in May, I sent my renewal in since February, it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten receipt of notice yet.
how long did it take for anyone who renewed to get their receipt of notice?
Is there a way I can contact USCIS to get the receipt?

My citizenship interview was a breeze—super fast and smooth. I arrived at 2:00 pm and was the last one to be interviewed, but that worked in my favor. Since it was Friday afternoon, the officer seemed ready to wrap up the day, and my interview took less than 15 minutes!
I answered the first six civics questions correctly (thanks to lots of studying!), read a sentence on the screen, and wrote down a dictated response to check my handwriting and grammar. And just like that—I passed!

Hi everyone, I applied my vawa case on April 2024. I got my file number on May 2024 still I didn’t get my work permit and travel document. It is too delay for me. After that. I find out my work permit applied under C 31 on March 9 2025 I request to change my class c31 to c09 . He applied already my work permit I 765 under C9. I have doubt only changing request class are whole I 765 form again how long I wait to get my work permit and travel document please someone clarified me thank you.

Interview scheduled.
Hello,
please I am trying to confirm something. is it normal for an interview to be scheduled after 1-601A has been approved. I submitted the application in 2021, I-130 was approved then but 495 was not approved and I was asked to submit a i691A which I did and it was approved in Jan 2025. However, last week I got another letter asking me to come to another interview next week. Keep it in mind we had an interview in 2022 already.
Any insight will be appreciated.

NO UPDATE FOR A YEAR
Today marks two years that I am waiting. I just don’t get why it takes them years to make a decision on cases. my case is way outside normal processing time for that field office. Ived sent in countless inquiries, chat with agents online and it’s always the same response. I’m so over it.

The journey has been great, after receiving my work permit and social security card I got busy and started to work hard. I got certified in a field that I love then stayed focus. I know it’s very nerve racking for some but you have to trust the process.
