Urgent question about E2 denial
Dear all,
URGENTLY need help!
One of my friend files change of status to E2 but his E2 was denied yesterday. His lawyer told him not to continue his I20 therefore his F1 status was terminated after he filed for his E2.
is he considered unlawful presence in the US now or is there a way for him to get his I20 and F1 back by enrolling in school again.

I started my consular residency process for personal reasons. I had to adjust my status. My I-130 was approved before the adjustment process began. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm waiting for a 10-year visa. But how much longer will I have to wait?

RFE request please read I need help
I did my interview a couple months ago 4 weeks after my baby was born the officer asked me for his birth paper but I didn’t received it as yet he gave me a white paper which stated that my case is being held for review when I got home I received an rfe stating that I should send my child birth paper by April 4 if unavailable I should get a letter from the authorized government agency stating that birth certificate is not available only with the letter can they accept early medical record,religious record,Early school record or Two or more affidavit to replace the birth certificate.
so I went to the hospital I got them to write me a letter stating that the birth paper is unavailable, I submitted the letter with my birth record and my child religious record it’s been 60 days I haven’t heard anything just a notification that they received my RFE nothing else is needed but now I’m wondering if I did the right thing if the hospital was where I was suppose to get the letter from since they said they need it from the authorized government agency also I received my child birth paper a few days ago but the address on it is not the address I reside and what USCIS have in their system while filling out the birth form at the hospital I added my residential address what they should have place on the birth paper and I added a mailing address the mailing address is what they have as my residential address so now I am worried I am wondering if the letter I sent with what they requested to replace the birth paper is ok or do I have to send the birth paper and if I do send the birth paper if I will be denied since the addres shown where I live on it is not what USCIS have in their system for my place of residence.

I received a notification from USCIS
on August I was asked for additional evidence for I-539 and I-539 has been denied they send a letter notice explaining why they denied it but I-485 still pending filed a PD on August also I did my ead renewal on August2024 got approved on January 2025 I filed for I-539 and I-485 sense July 2022 and send in Medical with applications has anyone been through the same situation and have gotten a positive result

got email & text message that
"we have taken an action on your case. sign in to your USCIS account"
but they update exact same words. just changed date to "3.13.2025" which was "4.10.2023" I guess
any one has same update with me?
is that mean they works on my case?
or will be still same for a long time again?

interview cancelled notification
am suppose to have my interview on the 20th March and the interview has been scheduled since February 12th, am just receiving a notification from uscis that my interview was cancelled with no reason stated why it was cancelled, please has anyone have this kind of experience before 😭😭😭😭😭

work permit renewal
my work permit expires in May, I sent my renewal in since February, it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t gotten receipt of notice yet.
how long did it take for anyone who renewed to get their receipt of notice?
Is there a way I can contact USCIS to get the receipt?
