Police Certificate
Hi All
I hope someone can assist me in this question. I am uploading all the civil document onto the NVC portal for my sister Green Card. They asking for a Police Certificate from U.A.E but she left more than 20 years ago back to our country Lebanon.
So what to do and provide as she cannot get it
Any advice on this is greatly appreciated
Delayed H1B application response by 5+months
hello all my application was filed in May with receipt notice being June 3rd at California Service center. Been 158 days more than 5 months still no update. Anyone else in the same boat as me.
Also is it anything to be concerned about my employer just telling me to wait. Is there anything that employers can do to request the reason behind the delay. TIA
Transfer from Nebraska to NBC on Nov 4 2024
ok guys I got the letter in the mail saying my I-485 was transferred from Nebraska Service Center to National Benefits Center in Summit, MO for “Faster Processing” 🙄🙄🙄. Has anyone received a letter like this and was the processing faster? or has anyone case that have been transferred from Nebraska to NBC been stucked for a while? Please give me your feedback.
