they definitely approve it according to the day RFE is issued. I have noticed Ed the same

@BBGB B yeah, my friend , our status was CRP and we have same PD but his RFE was issued on may 2022 before me. Now his case is transferred and mine is at NBC. If more CRP cases provide their cases RFE date it would be great.

@I A my case is at NBC and I have already received the “new RFE for medical” I sent it and still waiting while people that had medical issued before but sent it after me got their approvals within 2/4 days - so I’m pretty sure they approve it according to the date RFE is issued

wait whats the logic here? again? i got my first rfe in july 2022 and then CRP and then intervew last year in july 2022 so next month is july I am in CRP ! what does it mean?

@🤲👏 😇 The logic here is USCIS is processing cases based on last RFE sent chronologically, If your last RFE was sent on July 2022, you probably gonna receive RFE soon. whats your pd? and do you have dependents?

my first medical RFE was sent on July 2022 waiting for another RFE for medical pd June 2021. crp case is at NBC No updates yet
