if a NTA has been issue you have to go to the hearing, the Master hearing is only 2-3 minutes long then they’ll schedule you an individual hearing this is where the judge will hear you out and if all goes well the judge can approve your greencard on the spot. make sure you appear otherwise they’ll order removal in abscentia. Best of luck .

Do not panic, this will end in your favor. you have to wait till you speak to your lawyer though, you will be just fine

Hello everyone I’m sorry to reply late. I have been down and for those asking why I was denied my old attorney I used before made so many mistakes on my dates and and was asked of affidavit and other documents that was before the intent to denial after response case was denied. though they sent me work permit and parole for 5yrs that same period. but yesterday I got a mail of notice of appearance. My attorney office will be opened tomorrow so she will work it out for me. only God knows the outcome of this I’m exhausted 😴 depressed and broken 😭 😭
