@Bhupinder Singh avoid checkpoints they can arrest you but not deport you even without deferred action because judge will likely close the case.

we will get EAD based on SIJS deffered action i know that believe the GOD because we already have deffered action valid then based on deffered action we will get the pending EAD i765 c14

and can you tell me @Simran kumar when you filed i765 c14 ? how many months ago ? did Biometric?
