@survivor p it’s because I have category as IB0 on my approval letter so I wanted to check with others. waiting on card

@Dee Grace are you abused spouse or parent? if parent then IB0 is good

@survivor p abused spouse. That’s why I’m concerned about the IB0 on the approval letter. On the approval notice, it says Section: Vawa self-petitioning spouse U.S citizen or Lawful Perm Res COA: IB0. I was expecting to see IB6.

@Dee Grace got my approval letter hour ago. I have IB6 on my letter. did you receive also “Welcome to the United States letter?”, I didn’t. just curious if I will receive it later

@survivor p Congratulations. I believe IB6 is the correct COA. Also, what does it say in the “Section”? Was your spouse a USC or permanent resident? The Welcome to the U.S. letter doesn’t come with the approval notice. It comes with the actual GC
