How long after NVC accepts all forms and you get a scheduled interview for anyone from Dominican republic us embassy over there can you tell me what dates for interviews are they giving around now. 🙏🏼😩 Please I would like to know. im currently pregnant and would like to see if theres a chance my husband would make it here before i deliver our son. 🙏🏼😣

this is about my 4th or 5th inquiry and this is there response “Your case is awaiting review. You do not need to do anything at this time. If we need any information from you, we will mail you a request for evidence at your current address on file with USCIS. When we make a decision on your case, we will mail a notice to you or your representative at the address you gave us.” Lord I’m tired ,when??

EB2 NIW RFE after PP approval/denial rate.
Hello wonderful community,
I'm looking for statistics on the approval and denial rates for EB2 NIW applications after an RFE is issued following a Premium Processing request. Given the current scrutiny on immigration policies , It was expected really so I'm not surprised.
I feel pretty good about my case, haven't received the RFE document yet but believe it's becoming a standard nowadays for applicants requesting PP just to buy more time.

Has anyone applying for an I-140, preferably EB2 NIW ROW, experienced a similar situation where they received an RFE after Premium Processing? What was the outcome?

I’m wrapping up my immigration journey and hope everyone wrap up theirs soon or later God willing! Update I got on my n400 today after the combo interview I had on 4/10 “We placed you in line for your oath ceremony and will send you a notice for Receipt Number #####, with the date, time, and location of your oath ceremony”
