ASYLUM GC PAUSE HAS BEEN ‼️LIFTED‼️
finally some good news!!! Facts You Should Know The American Immigration Council and AILA obtained an email from USCIS confirming that the agency has lifted the temporary hold on green card applications filed by asylees and refugees in place since March 21. The document was obtained through the organizations’ lawsuit under FOIA for information about the suspension in processing these applications. The email referenced instructions about certain cases where the agency will be required to interview applicants as part of their green card application process. The Council and AILA are continuing to litigate this FOIA case to obtain more information about these instructions and the development of the temporary pause.

@i l Where did you get this information from? I understood a little bit from your post and at the same time I don’t get all of the things that are written in your post. So, does it mean the asylum GC pause has been back to normal and will start the normal processing again like before? Were the American Immigration Coucil and AILA in contact with USCIS regarding the GC processing pause or what happened exactly?

@Aya Musa yes. there is a email from DHS dated April 10 that all Gc pause is lifted

@vi_34567 345 i mean why would i lie ?😀😀😀 @Aya Musa yes , USCIS has been issuing GC abiut 1000 per month in April-june. not to shaby.
