Still no decision for my I-140 case
It's been (555 days) since the last update on my case and now it's at "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" and I don't know why it's taking so long, and also there's NO response from them when I submit an inquiry.
For how long?? This is a very, very long time.

if your company can’t do premium processing unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it other than wait .

same, had to upgrade to premium processing and now waiting for an approval. Mine is in Nebraska Service Center

are you current to file your i485? if not, nothing to worry about. if yes, pay for premium processing asap

in the same boat, company and lawyer won’t do premium processing and I don’t have the fund so also 500 something days in Nebraska
