My VAWA December 2021 people, where you at?
Hey fam,
Just checking in for any updates for December 2021 folks. I feel our time is here, we just need to still hang in there a little bit. I hope atleast one of us should hear something between now and end of January.
If you check on lawafully it says they have approved 200+ more cases more than last month.... but i dont see any status updates from the people I know here in Lawfully..... pls keep us posted guys.

Correction on filed I-129
I found an mistake on my I-129 and want to seek possibility to make correction. It's a h1b extension application and it is still pending review.
Anyone has similar or same experience or knowledge on this? I am super worried about my legal status and employment. Appreciate for any sharing and comments. thank you.

1 year anniversary since I-140 filing and approval
Exactly one year ago (365 days!!!) I filed my i-140 and it got approved earlier this year. I am waiting for my priority date (ROW) become current but I still don’t know how long I will have to wait.

I see the status as I-140 RFE on USCIS status check site.
My petition is filed by my employer’s appointed attorney. The attorney has not shared the actual RFE notice with me but says the evidence requirement is related to the company.
If I create an account on USCIS and link my petition reference number, I can get hold of the actual notice?
