if you sent it via mail only they might not actually look at it and attach it to your case for months. that’s what happened to me. I wouldn’t over stress about that

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 yes I sent it via mail. My 87 days RFE period will be over on Aug 13th. I am just wondering is my application will be denied or USCIS will reply when they have time and I don’t have to worry about filing motion to reopen

I would recommend start by talking to a lawyer and see if you need a petition paper work started. This happened to me and then they denied my case which I had to spend more money to petition so as precaution collect all the proof and have your lawyer prep a Petition ready to go as they might just deny the case.

@abcd same happen to me. responded to a NOID going close to 3 months now and I haven’t received any update that they received it, no change on my online account. They only thing, they approved both my i131 and renewal i765 after that so don’t know if that’s a good sign.

y@abcd s you can file I290B but for that you would need them to take action. you can call USCIS and request an update and if they can they can also make a request on your behave to office for an action. Now that you have all the proof and they respond with rejection then I would say ask your lawyer to do a I-290B

@Sam Sood @s l Yea, I called them and mail the lockbox too and I just received the EAD receipt and called customer service they raise the request and told me I will get a call or mail from officer and gave me service ID number. let hope for the best, my lawyer told me you don’t have worry because we reply on time and there is back log on their end.

@Sam Sood @s l got a call from uscis today - she said she can see the tracking number you provided and it has been delivered, so if you reply RFE on time and have proofs you are good. she also raise the request to get my RFE to officer within 2 weeks
