We applied 2023 July.
We are still waiting and it still says received.
We haven't taken any action upon it and don't know if there is anything we can do.
Occasionally we asked Emma but nothing changed except saying it is normally processing.
We are living all together outside of the US. Soon we are planning to move back to the US but my family migt have to move back to the US except me.
I can't believe we have to wait this long.

Exciting News!
My I-485 has officially been Approved!

This came through just one week after I reached out to my local congressman's office for help expediting my I-765 (work permit). Whether it was coincidence or not, things moved fast after that intervention.
To anyone waiting or feeling stuck--don't hesitate to advocate for yourself or seek help from your congressional reps. You never know what could make the difference.

still waiting not to discourage new filers but cases are different, just sharing what I’m dealing with.
last year March 15 2024 case was transferred to national benefit center in Lee Summit.
They send a notice saying in order to fast track my case they sent it to National benefit center. fast track they said 😂

it’s over 4 months
its been over 4 months and nothing has happened, both even EAD …. I chatted EMMA the last time and she said my case is been subject for interview but I have not get any notice yet , I’m wondering why my EAD is taking this very long time while I see people submit end of February and march getting approved…. today I called USCIS the lady was telling my my File is still at NBC and I have to wait without specific time

Are the numbers of the cases in order by application?
I am wondering if the numbers of the applications are in order when we applied for the certain case?
I was checking my Vawa case(filed 18. Jan 2022) and accidentally put different number and showed me you card was mailed to the post office. I felt excitement immediately, but after 2 min I realized it's not my case. Jesus Christ, I am so impatient. I hope I am next in line. Prayers
