We are still reviewing your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision. Thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate your continued patience.

I applied on 06/20/2023 , I have received the same response on my first inquiry, on the second inquiry and on the third inquiry which has been responded on 07/08/2025 they said they finished the preliminary processing and transferred the case to the NBC for adjudication but at this point they are working to determine if an interview will be scheduled or the case will be approved!

@Danku Danku may I ask for how long has your case been pending when you sued them? The wait is killing me, I am planning to file mandamus when my 15,5 months are up (soon)

sorry to hear about what you going through. but I would advice you that you get your greencard before moving out. file for mandamus to look into your greencard case they will have no choice but to respond to you and secondly get another lawyer that will work on your medical too if it is work related accident the lawyer doesn't get paid until the company you had accident with rewards you. and different lawyers prices are different concerning mandamus so call any immigration law firm to make enquiries.
