Did u called? I first file the upgrade request on June 6th, 1 month later they said nothing on file and now they are filing it. The give a reference number and said to look for 30 days later. So I'm waiting. Having read that it should 20 to 60 days to upgrade otherwise make contact; i suggest you call them tomorrow. We're in the same boat.
