Travel with I-131
Hello my wife is concerned about traveling out of the country with her I-131 advance parole before she gets her green card. Is there a risk to this? Because I thought that was the whole point of the I-131 was to travel before getting her green card but some people have told her it’s risky.

Any letter before card is sent?
Hi all, I have done biometrics and also received the “ready for interview” both in August. Do they send a letter or change status for card being processed or you just receive the cards by email with no warning or letter? thanks!

hello all,
I got a notice to submit RFE for medical via email, waiting for hard copy. to those who have already done this - do you mail the documents yourself, via attorney or does the civil surgeon forward these? my ucis FO recommended I overnight them, I am not sure how this will be possible if the attorny needs to receive them first.

how do I know what is my I-130 processing center?
the bottom of my I-130 receipt notice said that the USCIS office is National Benefits Center. when I entered my I-130 receipt number in this app it showed Potomac center. I’m just curious how does it know if it is Potomac or if my processing center is California (since I’m living in California)?

expedite went unanswered, no evidence requested. I reached out to my Congress woman and her case worker replied after 3 weeks and that’s when the magic started
she replied just this Wednesday and asked me to sign a privacy waiver, I did and sent it to her on Thursday. Monday new card being produced. THANK YOU LORD JESUS. I was supposed to start work last Monday 🙏🏿
and for those who say you can’t expedite if you have a joint sponsor, I HAD A JOINT SPONSOR.
why is Texas service center processing time move up to its now 13 months
I see that other services center is moving fast expect for Texas service center,I don't knw wats going on but Texas service center is not moving fast wahts the deal,anyone yet with some good news yet,my cousin file for her mom in may 2021 an her mom paper is now at nvs an wats the deal with Texas kmt
