need to expedite my case
hello everyone, i have a concern. It's been almost 7 months since I applied for Advance parole and I have never had an appointment for the fingerprints and I really have an emergency to go to attend the operation of my child in Spain, I wanted to expedite my case but i am unable to get an immigration officer to make an appointment, if anyone has any idea please let me know, where i can walk and go to a nearest office

I suggest you show up at the office where you would have done your fingerprints at without an appointment and ask to speak with an officer and tell them that you have an emergency. That officer can probably book an appointment for you where you can get a 30 day emergency advance parole. I’ve tried this before and it worked!

Don't expedite. That will take long. You should Request an emergency appointment, you'll get the advance parole the same day of the interview. Call and say INFOPASS and explain to them your emergency reason to travel

exactly this is what I'm trying to do but I can't seem to get an immigration officer on the phone, it's voicemail answering me and not directing me to an officer and always cutting the call when I insist on talking to an officer

I've requested 2 emergency travel documents, both of them has been accepted. One in Sept, the other one now in December. I've never had any problem on the phone.

+1-800-375-5283. say infopass, you tell them you'd like to have an emergency appointment and explain to them the reasons. the agent will give an article number and a phone number so you can add the phone number. They will call you within 2 days confirming the date of the interview and the documents you need to bring to the interview like proof of the operation/surgery, your child's birth certificate, translation of these documents if they are in Spanish, form I-131, 2 passport photos, etc. make sure to bring to the interview the I-485 and I-131 receipt notice so you don't have to pay again and they wave the fee. good luck
