Case Processing
Interview finally scheduled!
My interview was scheduled yesterday to 10/19. I can't believe it's been close to a year already.
Can't wait for the interview, fingers crossed everything goes well and I can finally work and leave the country to visit my family. #milwaukee #marriagebased #interviewscheduled

case processing
hello everyone, did anyone have their papers being processed in Missouri we received the receipts of the applications 485, 130, 767 and the first 3 letters are MSC and I looked it up it’s in Missouri National Benefits Center any feedbacks? what is their processing time? are they slow/fast etc thanks in advance
forgot to send the RFE out, can you believe it 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
hey guys,
just spoke to an tier2 and he was apologizing cause they never send the RFE out, it's still sitting there since june.. lost now 2/3 months of processing time, now I know why I'm over the processing time for my I765.. and it California the busiest and slowest department ☹
iit's so frustrating, wait for my new EAD since 13 Months and im unemployed since 9 😖
BTW the RFE is for the Extendet I539 in California
and the I765 in Vermont but they're waiting until California is giving them the green light to continue processing.
thanks for listening and I do apologize for my english, hope you still understand 🤪
EB2 NIW I-485
I got Very strange RFE for I-485.
I have NIW approved with PhD degree. I had my Bio on 08/02/2021 and received 485 J receipt on 08/28/2021.
Today I received RFE from FO that they need documentation or evidence of 5-years post baccalaureate work experience in my specialty.
My attorney says that I do not need 5 years post Baccalaureate experience because I already have PhD which is advanced degree and my NIW is already approved.
He says he will respond with copy of my PhD degree. I believe that post baccalaureate experience is required when u don’t have MS or PhD.
Anyone have any idea about this type of RFE?
i130 delay
Hi,
My husband is a greencard holder at USA. we were married in october 2018, he filed an i130 application for me on Sept 6 2019, our processing centre is California service centre. My case is nt approved till now.Any clue about the long delay. is there anybody else who applied during that time period
primary 485 approved but card not mailed yet.
Hello all,
Our 485s, mine (primary) and spouse (derivative) were approved on 09/09/2021 (Thursday) under EB2 category ..since then only spouse application status changed from "Approved" to "Card Mailed" on 09/10 (Friday) to "Card Picked Up by USPS" with tracking info on 09/13 (Monday) . She is all set to get her card this Friday (09/17).
My application is still stuck in approved state. Has anyone seen/run into similar situation? Is this something to be concerned? We are yet to receive approval notices. Thanks.
Process Time ?
Hello Guys,
USCIS received my Case (marriage based) on January 19th 2021 at Chicago Location. I was married on August 14th 2020, so If i got my Green Card after 2 years of marriage then will it be for 10 years or 2 years ?
Also in Lawfully My Process time is showing between February 2022 to June 2022, which is few months before than 2 years of Marriage !?
I have RFE was for Physical Examination (i-693) which i got in May 2021 and they said that "do not mail documents at this time mailing documents before receiving one of the notices referred above May delay your case." It's already delayed! 🤦🏻
Let me know if anyone knows about this situation !
