Hi guys,
My case status for a marriage based 1-485 changed to ready to be scheduled for interview on August 9th last month.
I am still waiting on the ‘interview scheduled’ status.
I am wondering if there are any other Chicago field office people in a similar situation to myself?
Have any of you received your interview date in Chicago? If so, when did you file? How was your interview? What stage are you at in the process?

I feel like I am in the long wait zone lol
Perm caused me 7 month 15 days to approve.
Later it took me one half month to prepare documents.
And now in the USCIS, the backlog and speed are ridiculous.
I believed most people who file perms after May 2020, go through the long way of perm. And right now stuck in long wait in USCIS.
Feel depresses,but it is reality….

Case transfered from local office to another office
August mid I received RFE from my local office. I responded to it and it was already acknowledged by USCIS as my case was updated to RFE response received. today I got update on my case saying case was transferred to another office. my PD is current as well. have anyone experienced same before? why will case be transferred to another office from local office? any helpful info is appreciated. thank you #eb3derivative #greencard #casetransfered
