Immigration Process

Hello all,

My fiancé and I submitted the I129f in February of this year. We have just recently submitted A RFE and are waiting on a response. My fiancé is currently in the US with me, through the visa waiver program. The only problem is, she is from South Africa, which is currently banned entry from the US. I am a US Marine and will be deploying in March. We were planning on flying her home to finish the process and then return before I deploy. is there a way to finish the process in the US? She will not be able to travel back before I deploy, causing the visa to be voided.
