Petitioner: USC Applicant me: Philippines Applying from Vietnam PD: Feb 5 2021 NOA1: Feb 5 2021 NOA2: May 13 2021 NVC paid & submitted documents: Nov 26 2021 (delayed this part, personal choice) Expedite sent: Dec 6 2021 Expedite under review: Dec 11 2021 Expedite approved, sent to Consulate in HCMC: Dec 13 2021 🙏🏼🙏🏼
