Process Time ?
Hello Guys,
USCIS received my Case (marriage based) on January 19th 2021 at Chicago Location. I was married on August 14th 2020, so If i got my Green Card after 2 years of marriage then will it be for 10 years or 2 years ?
Also in Lawfully My Process time is showing between February 2022 to June 2022, which is few months before than 2 years of Marriage !?
I have RFE was for Physical Examination (i-693) which i got in May 2021 and they said that "do not mail documents at this time mailing documents before receiving one of the notices referred above May delay your case." It's already delayed! 🤦🏻
Let me know if anyone knows about this situation !

I did my interview mariage base on April and officer told me that I didn't submit i130A along with my application , she told me I will receive something in the mail and I just received the letter telling me to send the completed i130A so they can take a final decision on my case. do you think I can get approved after sending the i130A

Transfer to another Service Center
Hi Everyone,
I really need your help.
I am US Citizen applied for my wife who is aboard. I applied for I-130 on August 05, 2021 and it is at Vermont Service Center whose Processing time between 23.5 to 30 months which is basically more than 2 years. That is too much for us.
Is there anyway to transfer the case to another service center?
If yes than, how?
I would like to transfer my case to Nebraska Service Center because it closer to me and has less workload.

GC approval's steps after RFE response - EB2-1 Category
Hi guys,,
i have just submitted my medicals as a response to an RFE. We received an email from USCIS about submitting them as soon as possible saying that jf approvable, the GC would be granted before October 1st. Did you have any similar experience and how long after you submitted your responsee, did you get the approval? Also, are interviews waived for the EB 2-1 category (employement based high skilled)? If yes, did you receive your GC in the mail after your approval?
