Que fecha podría tener mi entrevista?
Hola! Acabo de notar que mi caso esta listo para que se programe una entrevista. Me gustaría saber cuando creen que podria suceder. Hay alguno de ustedes con un caso similar? Mi oficina de campo es Sacramento California y mi fecha de prioridad es marzo 29 del 2021.

is nebraska taking 9 months now for combo card now? Im a jan filler.. 3 expedite denied.. biometrics in July.
No news about combo card. This uncertainty is really stressful causing so much hardship. I’m stuck in this country without knowing until when ( already 8 months) and can’t even travel to take care of my sick father since I need as well the EAD to be able get back to my job when i return, advance parole alone is useless.
I submited my 3rd expedite request through the Senator +30 days ago and even that is stuck.. This waiting game is a real torture

Hi everyone, we just had our interview today and it went well but we were told it will take 120 days to get reviewed. Is that the experience some of you have had? We wishing it doesn't take that long

I 130 outside normal processing time
Hey guys! I submitted E- Request to uscis on my form I 130 outside normal processing time, and I received a response via Email that I will get a a reply today September 14th am yet to get a respond from them… do any one has any experience? please share your opinion will be highly appreciated.

i sent uscis a online massage through my account for a document that they uploaded for a Biometric appointment that has been scheduled from them but the document had a error every time i try to open it. The service officer replied to me completely misunderstanding what i wrote .
this is what I received in my inbox . Should i contact them and let them know that hey I don’t know what you’re guys talking about or just let it go and wait the notice on the mail .

You may also wish to photograph your documents and save them to your computer in order to upload the evidence into your account. If you are unable to upload documents, please submit your Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card by paper filing

When will the 485 wait time start?
I have pending 140 and 485 cases. I did concurrent filing. would I have to wait another two years for my 485 after 140 gets approved, or is my 485 considered in process and the past one year is considered part of my 485 wait time? I mean will my 485 get in the “line” of cases being processed after 140 is approved? (amid concurrent filing)
