do we need to update the I864 affidavit or support in the interview day?
hello
we submitted all documents last year (I864
my husband’s affidavit of support and the taxes and paystubs ) however for our interview they ask to bring documents and it says bring I864 in case it wasn’t submitted. however things have changed and he got a new job ( better pay than before) but are we supposed to bring an update form to our appointment? or it’s not necessary?

interview experience
At my adjustment of status interview yesterday, the uscis agent who interviewed us (myself and us citizen wife) told us our case is approvable but was having some technical errors in his system when he tried to approve it. He also added that, I should be hearing from them in about a months time. Has anybody heard/experienced a situation like this and is it true they will be able to fix the situation in 30 days?

no update on case status
hello, I have my Bio on 8th Nov, but there is no update on the case status that fingerprint was taken. How do I know that Uscis received my Fingerprint? Are there any way to check? I know some cases was denied due to Uscis not receive the fingerprint even though they did go to the appointment? Need help!!!

I 400 notice of continuance
I had my I 400 interview November 9 , no Decision can be made then 7 days after they send me a notice of continuance for Approves of termination my previous marriage. on Nov18 I submitted them all the papers require. anyone has the same situation? how long does it take tell the approval? Chicago office.

i130 status update
we got an update on I-130 today, says
“ On December 10 we began reviewing your form i130 for receipt number ***
we mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.”
Any one have any experience or idea what it could be? can I ask emma to know what was sent?
how long on active review
Has anyone been on active review for more than 6 months because i google search on USCIS website they said highest should be 180 days on active review and this Dec 30th will make me 180 days on active review,who has same issue!!!😢😢😢
