it appears to be random across service centers. isn’t it supposed to be based on Receipt date or priority date? I see it’s all over the place, really frustrating to see that. Any USCIS experts here?

I had my biometrics on August 13, 2021 and my status is “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” since then. When should I do the medical exam? it takes a month to find an appointment so I keep rescheduling just in case the certification expires. Does it expire? Thanks in advance!

i am in AOS category and my interview is scheduled a month from now. I did my bio in Jul end but havent recd EAD. i am a child of a citizen. categories for which interview is a formality. so would they drop my ead case or that runs seperate? pd oct 2020.
