I supmited my application on December 4th 2019 I’m green card holder and till today still waiting for approval over 2 years , I have made couple of an expedite request and they got denied.

unbelievable… second RFE employment based
3 months after we sent in medical RFE, now I get hit with another one. “please resubmit photos of entire passport, first submit wasn’t clear enough pictures”.
whyyyyyyyy. so annoying. I want to blame my legal team but maybe it’s USCIS. I’ve never heard of anyone get hit with two RFE’s.
Expedite request for combo card
How long does it usually take post the expedite request for I-765 is raised to get a reply from uscis? can anyone who’s tried and tested the expedite route share their experience? I am May 2021 filer (I am a dependent, primary applicant has already gotten an approval 20 days ago)

Hi everyone, so after my interview that i had done in September 22nd, they approved i-130 (married for 2 years and 2 months), but they sent me RFE regarding medical, so I had to redo it , sent it back, they requested additional evidence about the fact that medical form needs to be the latest version, resubmitted it and mailed it in December 1st, and then today in the morning they changed the status of i-765 from "case is being reviewed" to "card is being produced". But for i-485, the status didn't change from
"a request for additional evidence was sent" (which is for resubmitting newest version of the i-693), which is already been mailed December 1st. So my question here is are they producing the green card ? since everything is already done and completed, or just the EAD ? Or both? Anyone had the same or similar experience? Please share Much appreciated.

estimated time?
I filed an I130 for my husband in February at the Nebraska service center, is there any idea about how long it takes? I know they estimate like 3-7 months but we are well past that. just wonder what other people’s experiences have been. thanks!

need help!!!
So my case was denied & closed by immigration in January 2021 because my lawyer sent my documents after the time limit… but they reopened it in may 2021, & since the time it reopened I was following up with my lawyer about my work permit renewal. I kept following up via emails & calls but she didn’t respond.. & finally when she responded my work permit had already expired(07.20.21), & also my drivers license expired.. she sent the work permit renewal application to the uscis on 07.23.21 & I received a case received letter on 08.27.21, I went to the DMV with that letter but they said they cannot renew my drivers license as the case received date should have been before the WP expired.. now I have a job but I cannot drive with an expired license… will uscis help me with this??

I need to know if I just have to wait until I get my interview date because the case is at NVC I would like to know how long am going to now have to wait for my interview I-130 unmarried daughter over 21 yrs is anyone in this situation help please it's so over bearing now these things will rock your nerves
