unbelievable… second RFE employment based
3 months after we sent in medical RFE, now I get hit with another one. “please resubmit photos of entire passport, first submit wasn’t clear enough pictures”.
whyyyyyyyy. so annoying. I want to blame my legal team but maybe it’s USCIS. I’ve never heard of anyone get hit with two RFE’s.

Just do what you’re asked. some of us haven’t received any communication from USCIS for over a year and we are still hoping without complain. when you receiving RFE’s it’s a sign of progression on your Petition.

USCIS has sent me multiple RFE’s before. it has nothing to do with your attorney. If your attorney wouldn’t have sent the documents then they wouldn’t have sent you another one, they would have denied your case based on no response to an RFE. Blame USCIS

you can argue whatever and how much you want but rather wasting time respond to RFE. communication from them is better than no communication like other millions of legal applicants. Good luck!!👍

my case hasn’t moved since February - an RFE isn’t a sign of case progressing. it’s been going absolutely nowhere for 10 months. if you guys have gone are outside of the normal processing time then I would be calling USCIS every day. that’s what I’m doing and contacting senator and lawyers, everything
