estimated time?
I filed an I130 for my husband in February at the Nebraska service center, is there any idea about how long it takes? I know they estimate like 3-7 months but we are well past that. just wonder what other people’s experiences have been. thanks!

go to USCIS website click on menu and there's a options ask Emma. click there and say live agents........

go to the uscis website you will see their automated help lady call emma on their menu bar. the u select it and it will ask you what you want her to do for you just write you want to chst with live agent. it will ask you of your case number and will automatically connect you to a live agent to chat with you

Filed April 3 2021 was in Nebraska and transfer to Texas Actively Reviewing since Sept 23. Now just sitting

same Nebraska filed i130 at April 5 and September was activaly reviewing and at November changed for interview was scheduled and we get mail with date for January 3

PD March 21 and service was Nebraska but the USCIS agent said my case is at California service center and has been on review since April 28

my i130 receipt said Potomac and when I chat with live agent told me it's on Nebraska . so im confused where is my case 😢

what they will tell you is the live location of your case. just to let you know, the files can be transferred at any point in time without any notice

they told me it will be processed by Nebraska . so I asked to the live agent why my receipt said Potomac and he told me that Potomac received the form but Nebraska is the center who gonna processed it

right. then you good bro because Nebraska is fast in processing. their processing time frame is 3.5 - 7 months. so you good. keep checking ur status. whats your PD please??
