Processing Times?
Typically, USCIS update processing times on or around the 15th but I haven’t seen any changes to those I have applications outstanding for, which means it hasn’t changed or hasn’t been updated yet.
Has anyone noticed their processing times changing today?

No, it should still update on the 15th. I think the averages are based now on last 6 months of processing, opposed to the prior month processing.

Yes, processing time has been updated

Updated today? I did not see any change to the two categories I have applied under - I485 and I765, TSC.

They don’t really adhere to the 15th. I’m also at TSC and they have updated the processing times on random dates over the last few months. I know this because it’s normally just before I was about to submit a service request. I think they are due an increase to the I-765 timing because it doesn’t seem they have even started processing Nov 2020 cases

Perhaps, although they have moved to six month averages opposed to prior month so depends what they processed in the last four weeks versus month one of the six month average - June I expect. If it goes up, we know that on June they were processing quicker than now - if it goes down then it may have got better. The month prior to the last change was 10 to 10.5 months and it went up, so you’d expect months prior to that we’re longer processing times?

they switched to pretty much only approving I-485s in September and October of this year to avoid greencard wastages. The pace of approvals hasn’t been that quick in November as it feels like they are stuck in October 2020 receipts. I think average will go up as they stop counting earlier months this year. It felt like they were more productive then. Hope I am wrong

I kind of agree, but also hope you are wrong. My I485 is current and seemingly is being reviewed by an agent so should
expect a response in 60 days - or so they said in my service request,

awesome, congratulations and good luck. I can’t wait for the moment when I don’t have to think about USCIS.
I get the same copy/paste email whenever I open an SR, so I stopped bothering and don’t really look at the listed processing time any more.

This was my second attempt, first one pretty standard - second one said it was with an adjudicating officer and I should hear within 60 days a decision, or notification for info - if it happens i expect it will be the latter as we have not done medicals yet.
J BDec 16, 2021
I personally went ahead and just did the medical. It’s valid for 2 years after the surgeon signs it. It took a month to get an appointment and I didn’t want to add any extra time into the process

lawyer told me 6 months so I decided not too?
J BDec 16, 2021
that’s weird, it clearly states 2 years on the USCIS website: (about half way down the page)
