my received date is Feb 19,2021. Bio applied April 6 2021. I am still in Vermont with no rfe. Our bio applied date is literally less than a month difference

S RB someone got approved like 5 days ago who was also Dec 28, 2020. Also some Jan 2021 have been approved. I literally think ur any day now if you haven’t been moved ir rfe by now

my case was received on Feb 12 2021, Vermont. no RFEs yet..

I also found that some Jan filers are before me interms of last five digits in the receipt number do not know if that plays in to account, what is your last 5 begins with

the processing times are still 10-16. I am not sure they will update them since they are based on the 6 months prior

I also say recent approval from dec 21 , but the last 5 digit started at 20 thousand, my received date is dec 28 and my last 5 starts at 28 thousand … which shows that there is gap of almost 8-9 thousand cases in between

Yeap that’s what I was saying, so even if dec 21 is getting approved thta case is in 20 thousand so you can guess how long it will take for others behind, I am only 8 days apart and mine is in 28 thousand. and between holidays and stuff. but let’s be hopeful, miracle can happen and we get to hear good news soon.

S RB but the cases around me aren’t just 751. a lot were already approved because it was ead, travel doc and A LOT rejected like months ago because wrong fee or filled out wrong

Yeap receipt date of inquiry changed from aug 10 to aug 11, processing time frame remain the same, which means we should be hearing from USCIS soon very soon

hey I checked random numbers and some dec 28 filers were approved long also like in October November and even some Jan cases , it is hard to guess how they are processing at this moment.. sigh… since we r not able to predict and even lawfully app is not able to , it’s frustrating

moreover I have not received my 24 month extension it’s only 18 month

those cases were received dec 28 but biometrics around feb, there are some other cases including mine with received date dec 28 but biometrics March 9 have not gotten responses

I think a lot of it has to do with which officer has ur case. In the uscis report that came out in the summer they basically said 751 isn’t a priority for them because we have legal status and can just apply for citizenship whereas other people need ead first, intial green cards etc etc. They also had a chart explaining who will get rfe, interview and who will get straight green. My online status just says ‘case received’ and whomever has my case never updated online but I received mail like reuse letters/extension 18 and 24 month pretty quickly. when I call uscis they just tell me my bio was taken and applied on April 6 so hang tight.

ok I also spoke to Uscis representative or customer care but was not able to get much info, it was almost 2 weeks ago.

I think it’s just who u get. I explained to them our home was a new build and something mail would get delivered to another address if it wasn’t the reg postman and because my status online wasn’t updating… I would never kno if I missed a piece of mail so they actually added that note to my account just in case and told me to call them every month or two just to make sure nothing is missed. basically I called about 3 weeks ago and the rep was super super nice and pretty much hinted if I didn’t have rfe yet… I was good to go
