AP expedited request
I made a request to expedite my advance parole travel document on humanitarian basis last month. Today I received a call from a USCIS officer for the purpose of scheduling an in person appointment at the local field office. Had anyone else had a similar kind of experience with the expedition request? If so, what should I expect during the appointment?

if it is death, bring death certificate. if death is more than a week and the deceased is buried, bring a proof that there is a funeral or memorial service. flight ticket would help too.

guys please explain to me properly I got my advance parole October 19 I want to leave Christmas Day to look for my children. I have to call uscis to get something to go with my advance parole before I leave ? I have to have a real emergency to leave ?

does traveling abroad and returning on an advance parole ends your previous status (i.e. F-1, H1 etc.) ?

if you enter back in AP you void all other visas. I always enter back on L1 status

I am afraid that if I travel with AP, without EAD, I would not be able to join my job again as my current status F1 will be void. I am thinking of explaining this situation during my appointment and hoping that USCIS probably has a feasible solution for me. any thoughts?

I also made infopass appointment to get the AP. First they only gave AP to me, they didn't give it to my wife as my father passed away which is not in a blood relation to her (what a stupid reason). They only gave me AP for 30 days. I did not go as 30 days was very short period. I have expedite my case on 01/04/22 instead. I hope they approve it. If I knew this before, I would have definitely expedite it instead of getting emergency AP

They have not asked me anything so far. But thanks I will mention that why I didn't use the the emergency AP.
