I received receipt of the application, then received notice that fingerprints taken. this past July I received my AED combo card. How do I check if it has been sent to FO?

I contacted Emma, spoke to a live agent about my dilemma. She passed it on to a tier 2 officer who will call me, I don't know when. Will be watching my phone like a hawk every morning, every day waiting for that call.
