Hi everyone! Just wanna ask if my case is normal? Today marks the 2nd year since we filed. Concurrent filing- I-130, I485, I765, I131 My priority date is December 11,2019 (MSC) Got my EAD around March 2020 READY to be scheduled for an interview APRIL 2020 (I-485 AOS) and still waiting! **no movement on I-130 **EAD expired by march ‘21–extended til november’21 **Renewal of EAD is also pending— renewed last march and still nada (IOE)-8 months pending **DMV license expired too. I cant go far and do anything with my life professionally. Honestly i feel stuck and it’s stressing me the longer i wait. It’s a major drawback from my professional goals as i am in the medical field as well. I dont know if companies would hire me still, even tho i have pending work permit renewal and the like. Anyone w the same experience? Any extra step I need to do/know? Lmk your thoughts. 🥺☹️ #december2019filers #concurrentfiling

485j recipt recieved today dec 11 2021..... what's next

as per my observation it is taking 40 days approx to get gc approval after 485j recipt. NBC doesn't even send ur case to local office.... they approve it directly if no complications........ my case is still at NBC. Bio was done on nov 15 2021. ...... what do you guys think when should I be receiving GC approval notice?????

If i go to Puerto Rico before the interview do I have to mention that travel to the USCIS officer during the interview or it it is considered as a domestic flight since Puerto Rico is US territory.

hello, filing via marriage. my case is currently actively being reviewed. hopefully this goes by quick. it is being filed through the Nebraska center. immigration already has information of myself on file because I previously had DACA till it expired. anyone else in the same process as me? my lawyer filed it electronically.

i have waiting 420 days i485 for asylum approvel and no one take anything that’s normal i call them too many time in nabrska and the said i have to wait untill secdule intrview any interview for person have a final approval for asylum

hello everyone , my wife is the sponsor for the i485 she recently lost her job , but i recently started a job since i got my ead. will this affect our green card interview? hopefully she will find a job by then... also we have a co sponsor when we applied. thanks in advance!

a doubt because in the processing time the uscis says that it is in 27.5 months to 35.5 months (December 30, 2018) and here it tells me now that it is in 21.0 months to 27.5 months (September 5, 2019). which of the two do I believe???

I had to request an Expedited Biometric appointment due to my upcoming surgery. I was given a date for next month (Jan). Can anyone give me an idea of a reasonable time frame before I get my EAD?
