Hi everyone! Just wanna ask if my case is normal?
Today marks the 2nd year since we filed.
Concurrent filing- I-130, I485, I765, I131
My priority date is December 11,2019 (MSC)
Got my EAD around March 2020
READY to be scheduled for an interview APRIL 2020 (I-485 AOS) and still waiting!
**no movement on I-130
**EAD expired by march ‘21–extended til november’21
**Renewal of EAD is also pending— renewed last march and still nada (IOE)-8 months pending
**DMV license expired too. I cant go far and do anything with my life professionally.
Honestly i feel stuck and it’s stressing me the longer i wait. It’s a major drawback from my professional goals as i am in the medical field as well. I dont know if companies would hire me still, even tho i have pending work permit renewal and the like.
Anyone w the same experience? Any extra step I need to
do/know?

already tried chatting w a live agent for expedite and didnt even give me a confirmation code. I also sent a case inquiry last october and told me to expect a reply by november 19,2021! lmfao it’s almost christmas

we did yesterday snd we got a confirmation code. I’m married to a US citizen and I was under f1 and already working when I applied for my marriage based greencard. we expect to have a financial loss soon since my wife is pregnant and won’t be able to work. what was your status when you applied? and is it marriaged based geeen card?

I actually have a 10-yr B1B2 bec im an ex-Flight attendant and got married here. Had to leave my job coz my husband cant do long distance and wants to settle. So yes! Marriage based.
Was also studying for pharmacy exams and passed them while waiting for my GC interview, and when im ready to start working, my work permit expired. It’s the timing that sucks for me and the wait.
Cant even file a financial loss coz my husband is doing really well. Idk what reason should i give them so i can qualify for expedite.
Is being a healthcare worker one?

hey nix. kinda same here. 21 months still waiting to hear approval from uscis. all I could say just wait n don't count days. I know it's hard, but nothing we can do

June 2019 here.. Took a year and 4 months to get my interview scheduled after ready to be Scheduled. So something isn't right with yours. shouldn't be taking 2 years. Try applying for AP (if you haven't) to see if it'll trigger the Interview, also send an e-requests for 130, 485 & 765.

I am SF filler PD October 2019 and still waiting. there is nothing wrong with your application, my friend from Sacramento with PD August 2019 just had her interview a couple months ago
